European Conference on Sustainable Household Finance
The Swedish House of Finance's Annual Conference co-organized with CEPR, brings together leading academics and practitioners in the field of sustainable household finance to discuss important, and current topics.

The 2025 CEPR European Conference on Household Finance will be held in Stockholm on 19–20 September, jointly organized by the CEPR Research and Policy Network on Household Finance and the SHoF.
This year’s conference focus on sustainable household finance, latest research on how households make financial decisions and how these are influenced by policy, institutions, and the broader economic environment. It offers a unique platform for dialogue between academia, policy, and practice in the field of household finance.
The conference will discuss how to measure the new risks, which companies and assets are likely to be more exposed to, and evidence of the effects of these shocks.
Conference format
September 18 – Open policy conference: The first day of the conference is open to the general public and features discussions on policy implications.
September 19-20 – Academic conference: The second part of the conference is around presentations of research papers with comments by invited discussants. These sessions are open primarily to invited academics but also to selected policymakers and practitioners with an academic interest.
