MDA is an annual program run by CSB that supports elite athletes in transitioning to new career paths. The program develops critical skills, strengthens participants’ potential, and provides a broad understanding of both the Swedish and global business landscape. Through the program, participants also get the chance to dig deeper into their identity and gain a better understanding of the world around them – preparing for the next chapter both personally and professionally.
