Strategic thinking for a responsible future at Systembolaget
Filip Manfredsson, Corporate Strategist at Systembolaget, hosted a workshop about what Systembolaget should focus on in the future. The students were tasked with identifying three strategically important questions that the company needs to address going forward. The discussions focused on Systembolaget's future role in society, how to navigate emerging online competition, and how to increase organizational speed and flexibility while limiting internal silos. Students were asked to present concrete solutions that could support Systembolaget's continued development. The result was a healthy debate with thought-provoking questions and an engaging session with many valuable insights.
