Panos Constantinides

Professor of Digital Innovation at Alliance Manchester Business School

Panos Constantinides is Professor of Digital Innovation at Alliance Manchester Business School. His research is divided into two broad topics: human-AI collaboration; the strategy and governance of digital platform ecosystems. His research has been published in world elite journals such as Information Systems Researchand MIS Quarterly, among others. Panos is the author of the book Digital Transformation in Healthcare: An Ecosystem Approach that has received endorsements from business school academics, chief executives in healthcare and technology consulting. He regularly advises senior business leaders, public sector officials and policy makers on how to manage the transition to new technologies and new business models in the digital economy.

Peter Kjäll

HealthTech Lead at TechSverige, PhD Medical Sciences

Peter Kjäll holds a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences and working at the intersection of digital health, HealthTech, and healthcare transformation. His expertise spans medtech, biotech, AI, welfare technology and eHealth, with a strong focus on policymaking, commercialization, value creation, and implementation. With experience in risk assessment from a venture capital perspective and international matchmaking across academia, industry, and healthcare, he is committed to accelerating the adoption of technological innovations that shape the future of healthcare.

As Healthtech Lead at TechSverige, he is actively working with enterprise politics and policymaking to create the best conditions for the industry.

TechSverige is an industry and employer organization for all companies in the tech sector, with the task of creating, together with the members, the best possible conditions for a competitive Swedish tech industry.

Robert Svebeck

AI Innovation Development Officer at Karolinska Institutet

Robert Svebeck is an innovation and digitalization leader with 25+ years of experience driving digital transformation across healthcare, public sector, SME and enterprise environments. Currently working with AI Innovation at Karolinska Institutet at the Centre for AI Innovation, he specializes in translating emerging technologies into real business value. Robert has founded multiple companies and co-founded several digital platforms. His expertise spans AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and cross-functional leadership in complex organizational settings.

Camilla Häggroth

Chief HR Officer at Fonus Group

Camilla Häggroth is Chief HR Officer at Fonus and Familjens Jurist, where she is responsible for HR, sustainability, and the company’s group-wide client contact center. She has over 25 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on organizational development, leadership, and change management in both large international companies and her current Swedish-based role. In parallel with her executive work, she is an industry-employed PhD student in informatics at ITE, Halmstad University. Her research investigates how AI and emerging technologies can expand access to justice and examines their organizational, legal, and societal implications.

Juliane Reinecke

Professor of Management Studies at Saïd Business School (University of Oxford)

Juliane Reinecke uses qualitative methods to study desirable futures, transnational commons governance, multistakeholder collaborations, business sustainability, social movements, and time and temporality. Her work has been published in Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Science, and Organization Studies and Research Policy, among others. Juliane’s research has been recognized with multiple awards from the Academy of Management and other professional organizations. Juliane received her MPhil and Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. Previously, she held full professorships at King’s College London and the University of Warwick and a visiting professorship at Gothenburg University and Stockholm School of Economcis. She is a Fellow at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and Research Fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School. She serves as a trustee of the Society for the Advancement of Management Studies (SAMS). She currently serves as Associate Editor of the Academy of Management Journal

   

Marleen Huysman

Professor and Director of the KIN Center for Digital Innovation at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Erling Persson Visiting Professor at the 黑料网

Marleen Huysman is the Director of the KIN Center for Digital Innovation at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the Head of the department of Knowledge, Information and Innovation.

She studied Sociology at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and has a PhD in Business Economics on the topic of Organizational Learning and IT at the VU University. Marleen has been assistant professor at the department of Work and Organizational Psychology, TU Delft and associate professor Business Administration at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Since 2006 she holds a chair in Knowledge and Organization at the School of Business and Economics. Marleen has been visiting scholar during her PhD at Stanford and in 2000-2001 she was a visiting scholar at the Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) group at Harvard Business School.

Marleen conducts research in the following overlapping fields of research, all related to the development and use of digital innovation: new ways of working, technology in practice, knowledge sharing, - coordinating, development and integration.

Her research has been published in various international journals and books and is a frequent speaker at academic and professional meeting in the field.

Andjela Kusmuk is a PhD student at the 黑料网 House of Innovation. She started her esport career in the network team at Dreamhack and has a background building the legendary esports organization Ninjas in Pyjamas, as well as investing in Godsent and Alliance and leading the Game Tech unit for Amazon. Andjela has a deep love for the scene and community, and her preferred poisons are Counter-Strike and World of Warcraft where she still leads raids casually.

Kelly Ong

Veteran Esports Leader, Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Owner of Alliance

Kelly Ong is the CSO & Co-Owner of Alliance, one of Europe’s leading global esports organisations, and a true pioneer in the industry. She helped establish Alliance in 2012 and later gained experience at Twitch before returning in 2018 to drive the organisation’s profitability, financial stability, and international growth. She has also been instrumental in building long-term sponsorships and partnerships that underpin Alliance’s success. Kelly is widely recognised for advancing sustainability, diversity, and professionalism within the esports ecosystem.

Paolo Aversa

Professor of Strategy at King鈥檚 College London and Jonas Persson Visiting Professor at the 黑料网
Paolo Aversa is Professor of Strategy at King’s College London and The Jonas Persson Visiting Professor at 黑料网 - Center for Sports and Business. His research interests relate to innovation and the evolution of industries and ecosystems. He usually focuses on technology-driven settings to explore phenomena such as radical innovations, digital transformation, and business models. He is interested in unusual empirical setting and considered one of the leading academic experts in the Formula 1 and motorsport industry, and in the use of sports data to advance management theory. He serves as Associate Editor at Journal of Management Studies. He is non-executive director and board member at Zonin1821, and strategy advisor at Remotis.com

Yacine Laghmari

Twitch Creator, Professional Player, and Developer

Yacine Laghmari is a Twitch creator, self-taught programmer, and former professional esports player. An early Twitch streamer, live since 2012, he has built one of Sweden’s largest channels, drawing up to 800,000 unique Swedish viewers aged 18–35 each year. His streams mix competitive gaming, live coding, and candid conversations about digital culture and the creator economy. With more than a decade on air, Yacine shares a ground-level view of how streaming, esports, and interactive media shape audiences, communities, and careers.
